Frequently Asked Questions

How to schedule the day and time of appointment after I book a service online?

Within the next 24 hours, a member of our admin team would get in touch with you via email to schedule the appointment.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required. You can directly book assessments, therapy, or consultations through our platform without a GP or specialist referral.

Are services delivered online or in person?

All our services are provided online via secure video platforms (besides awareness sessions), making them accessible across Ireland and internationally. Some hybrid options may be available upon request.

How do I know which service I need?

If you're unsure, you can book a 15 or 30-minute Pre-Booking Discussion to speak with a professional who will guide you to the most suitable service.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Parents, guardians, carers, or loved ones can book on behalf of children, teens, or adults with consent.

Are my sessions confidential?

Absolutely. We follow GDPR and clinical confidentiality standards. Your information is securely stored and never shared without your written consent (unless required by law or in emergencies).

What if I miss or need to cancel an appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable unless due to emergencies.

Do you offer prescriptions?

Yes. Our IMC-registered psychiatrists may issue prescriptions following an assessment or consultation, if clinically appropriate.

Do you support children and adolescents?

Yes. We offer age-appropriate services for children, teens, and families—delivered by specialists in child and adolescent mental health.

Can I get a letter for school, work, or housing?

Yes. Letters, reports, or documentation can be arranged based on clinical assessment. Additional fees may apply for detailed reports.
